Lamictal, Known by it’s generic drug name – Lamotrigine, is a medicine prescribed to treat a host of issues including epileptic seizures and bipolar disorder, as well as manic-depressive disorder in patients.

It has been used since 1994 and has received scrutiny for its potentially fatal side effects. It’s side effects include extremely dangerous and harmful diseases such as Stevens-Johnson Syndrome and Aseptic Meningitis, which both carry life-threatening outcomes.
